How better to WOW prospective customers than to welcome them into your business where your FESPA Award is displayed alongside your best work? How better to reassure them of your technical skill than showing off an award that has been judged by senior and influential figures in the industry, experts in your field and most importantly, your customers.
SGIAA sadly farewells a print icon, industry pioneer and beloved friend, Harry Magee.
Harry was a key figure in the Victorian branch of SPAA (Screen Printing Association of Australia) in the days before it became the SGIAA. He was an eager supporter of new comers to the industry, a pioneer of modern screen stretching techniques in Australia and a genuine man.
Harry passed away on Oct 21, 2014, aged 92. Loved husband of Therese Charlotte (Biddy). Loving father of Penny, Greg, Melody and Glenn.
In tribute to his passing, former SGIAA President, Trevor Cunningham, and current SGIAA Supplier Representative, Bill Porteous, both personal friends of Harry's, have each written of their memories of Harry.
Global supplier and experts in sourcing media for printing, Elof Hansson Australia, recently joined the SGIAA family.
We asked them to introduce us to their brand and products which include signage and display boards, synthetic papers, ink jet papers and specialized grades for a wide variety of digital print engines or traditional printing processes.
The Specialty Graphic Imaging Association of Australia (SGIAA) is pleased to announce it has combined with the NSW Business Chamber (NSWBC) creating a stronger voice with government, as well as providing additional advice and support services for the members of SGIAA.
We offer our sincere condolences to the family of Ken Pobjoy, who recently passed away from illness in his Perth home on July 7th, 2014.
Well loved, Ken was a founding partner and editor of Image Magazine, serving the industry for more than 20 years.
Are you finding business challenging? SGIAA NSW welcomes guest speaker, established Business Coach and former print company manager, Jamie Cunningham, to this upcoming talk for SGIAA members and guests.
